Ingredients
• 120 g ground rice,
• 120 g potato starch,
• 1 glass of sunflower oil or corn oil,
• 2 tablespoons water,
• 100 g sugar,
• 250 g fresh or tinned fruit : apples, pears, peaches,
apricots, cherries, etc.,
• 1 sachet of baking powder.
Instructions
• Mix all the ingredients together, incorporate the
fruit.
• Bake in the oven for 30 min.
